I had a ''girls night'' last weekend so I decided to make one of my favorite cakes for my favorite girls :)
This is my recipe for ''Icy Wind''
Crust is made of egg whites
You need:
9 egg whites
20 grams of sugar
1 table spoon of apple vinegar
Whip the egg whites, sugar and vinegar into a firm white peak, mix it well until it looks like a snow :) Bake in a oiled pan, covered with aluminium foil for 30 minutes. (180 C). Once crust is cooled cut it into 3 equal parts.
It's time to make a cream!
You need:
9 small egg yolk
4 table spoons of sugar
4 table spoons of wheat flour
4 deciliters of milk
4 vanilla sugars
200 grams of margarine
4 deciliters of whipped cream (pressurized)
Mix the egg yolks with the flour, sugar and a little milk. Cook
them in the remainder of the milk and when it cools off, add the margarine to the mixture.
FRIUT:
Bananas
Kiwi
Strawberries
I didn't have strawberries, because I only put fresh fruit in Icy Wind and it's too cold for fresh strawberries :( You can put pineapple or some other fruit
Let's put it all together!
Put the first part of the crust on the bottom, spread with a third of the cream and put kiwi slices on. Then spread a third of the whipped cream and cover with another part of the crust. Again, spread with cream, banana slices and whipped cream. Put the last part of the crust on top, cover with cream and add the last fruit row.
Finally ice the entire cake with
whipped cream.
Let it cool of in a fridge at least 2 hours before you cut it.
That's it, easy and tasty!
email me your photos if you try it :))

We didn't need wine after this much sugar rush to act crazy whole night... and my friend's face expression will tell you everything :)
